A delicious and easy recipe for Ground Beef Philly Cheesesteaks.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Divide the beef mixture into four portions in the skillet.
- Place a slice of provolone cheese on each portion and cover until melted.
- Fill each hoagie roll with a portion of the beef and cheese mixture.

- Use any type of cheese you prefer.
- Add mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Serve with your favorite condiments.
