Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté until soft.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Divide the beef mixture into four portions in the skillet.
  5. Place a slice of provolone cheese on each portion and cover until melted.
  6. Fill each hoagie roll with a portion of the beef and cheese mixture.
