Decadent homemade eggnog truffles perfect for the holiday season.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup eggnog
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 8 oz white chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Add graham cracker crumbs, eggnog, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Stir well.
  3. Chill mixture for 1 hour.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls.
  5. Dip each ball in melted white chocolate.
  6. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Chill until set, about 30 minutes.
