Decadent homemade eggnog truffles perfect for the holiday season.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup eggnog
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 8 oz white chocolate, melted
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add graham cracker crumbs, eggnog, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Stir well.
- Chill mixture for 1 hour.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Dip each ball in melted white chocolate.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill until set, about 30 minutes.
Notes
- Store truffles in the fridge for up to a week.
- Roll in additional nutmeg or crushed graham crackers for garnish.
