Ingredients

  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add flour and salt, mixing until combined.
  4. Stir in vanilla and shape dough into small circles.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
  6. Let cookies cool completely.
  7. Melt caramel sauce and mix with toasted coconut.
  8. Top each cookie with the caramel-coconut mix.
  9. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over cookies.
  10. Let chocolate set before serving.
