Delicious homemade twinkies filled with cream.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Pour batter into a twinkie mold.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Let cool completely.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Fill cooled twinkies with cream using a piping bag.

- Adjust sweetness in cream to taste.
