Description

A deliciously sweet and fluffy cake inspired by Hostess Snowballs.


Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 jar marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup chocolate frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the cake mix according to the package instructions.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased round cake pan.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Let the cake cool completely.
  6. Once cooled, slice the cake in half horizontally.
  7. Spread marshmallow fluff on the bottom layer.
  8. Add whipped cream on top of the marshmallow fluff.
  9. Place the top layer back on.
  10. Cover the entire cake with chocolate frosting.
  11. Sprinkle shredded coconut on top.
