Instructions

  2. Add warm water and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  6. Once risen, flatten the dough on a baking tray.
  7. Make indents in the dough and fill with jam.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  9. Let it cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
