Ingredients

- 500g all-purpose flour
- 10g salt
- 7g instant yeast
- 300ml warm water
- 50ml olive oil
- 200g jam of your choice
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour, salt, and yeast.
- Add warm water and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Once risen, flatten the dough on a baking tray.
- Make indents in the dough and fill with jam.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Let it cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
