Ingredients

  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup pureed mango
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add sour cream, mango puree, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
  6. Pour the mixture over the crust in the pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
  8. Let cool, then refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
