Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Mix in flour, cocoa, and salt until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle marshmallows on top.
  8. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes or until marshmallows are puffed.
  9. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
