Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix honey and milk until combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs and then add to the honey mixture.
  4. Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt into the mixture.
  5. Add chopped walnuts and stir until smooth.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before serving.

  • Serve warm or at room temperature.
  • Drizzle extra honey on top if desired.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container.
