Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add butter and mix until crumbly.
- Stir in the egg and milk, forming a dough.
- Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
- Place dough circles in a tart pan.
- Fill each tart shell with mincemeat.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
