A simple and delicious Mint Oreo truffles recipe that combines the flavors of chocolate and mint.

- 1 package of Mint Oreos (14.3 oz)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon peppermint extract
Instructions
- Crush the Mint Oreos in a food processor until fine.
- Mix the crushed Oreos with cream cheese and peppermint extract until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
- Let the chocolate set at room temperature or in the fridge.

- Use a spoon to help coat the truffles in chocolate.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
