A hearty and filling breakfast dish made in a crockpot, perfect for a crowd.
Ingredients

- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups frozen hash browns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the sausage until browned.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Layer hash browns, cooked sausage, bell pepper, onion, and cheese in the crockpot.
- Pour egg mixture over the layers in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve warm and enjoy.

- Feel free to add other vegetables.
- Top with salsa for extra flavor.
