Ingredients

- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 cups peas

- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions and garlic.
- Add carrots and cook until tender.
- Stir in peas, tomato paste, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Simmer for 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the meat mixture to a baking dish.
- Spread the mashed potatoes over the meat mixture.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
