Description

A delicious no-bake dessert bar with layers of chocolate, custard, and graham cracker.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup custard powder
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and melted butter.
  2. Add shredded coconut and mix well.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch pan.
  4. In a saucepan, whisk custard powder and milk over medium heat until thickened.
  5. Spread custard over the graham cracker layer in the pan.
  6. Melt chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
  7. Pour melted chocolate over the custard layer and spread evenly.
  8. Chill the bars in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before slicing.
