A delicious no-bake dessert bar with layers of chocolate, custard, and graham cracker.
Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup custard powder
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and melted butter.
- Add shredded coconut and mix well.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch pan.
- In a saucepan, whisk custard powder and milk over medium heat until thickened.
- Spread custard over the graham cracker layer in the pan.
- Melt chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Pour melted chocolate over the custard layer and spread evenly.
- Chill the bars in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before slicing.

- Store bars in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Use high-quality chocolate for best flavor.
