Delicious no bake brownie peanut butter cheesecake.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and melted butter in a bowl.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Add peanut butter and mix until well combined.
  5. Fold in whipped cream gently.
  6. Spread the peanut butter mixture over the brownie crust.
  7. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  8. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature.
  • You can use almond butter instead of peanut butter for a different flavor.
