A simple recipe for delicious no-bake cookies made with coconut and pecans.

- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter, and milk.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Add shredded coconut and chopped pecans to the mixture.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper.
- Let cool until set.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can substitute walnuts for pecans.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
