Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the butter and powdered sugar until fluffy.
- Add flour, salt, and orange zest; mix until combined.
- Roll dough into balls and flatten them slightly.
- Place cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool cookies on a wire rack.
- Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip the cooled cookies into the chocolate and let them set on parchment paper.
