Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. In a clean bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
  3. Gradually add granulated sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
  4. Mix in vanilla extract and vinegar.
  5. Spoon the meringue onto a lined baking tray, forming a round shape.
  6. Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let it cool inside.
  7. Once cooled, whip the cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  8. Spread whipped cream over the meringue.
  9. Top with mixed fresh fruits before serving.
