- 4 large egg whites
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 cups mixed fresh fruits (strawberries, kiwi, and passion fruit)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
- In a clean bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add granulated sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
- Mix in vanilla extract and vinegar.
- Spoon the meringue onto a lined baking tray, forming a round shape.
- Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let it cool inside.
- Once cooled, whip the cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Spread whipped cream over the meringue.
- Top with mixed fresh fruits before serving.
Notes
- Ensure egg whites are at room temperature.
- Do not open the oven door while baking.
- Serve immediately after topping with cream and fruits.
