Instructions

  2. In a clean bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.
  3. Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
  4. Mix in vanilla and vinegar gently.
  5. Spread the meringue onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in a circular shape.
  6. Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let it cool inside.
  7. Once cooled, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  8. Top the meringue with whipped cream and fresh berries before serving.
