- 4 large egg whites
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups mixed fresh berries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C).
- In a clean bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
- Mix in vanilla and vinegar gently.
- Spread the meringue onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in a circular shape.
- Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let it cool inside.
- Once cooled, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Top the meringue with whipped cream and fresh berries before serving.
