Delicious peanut butter pie with a crunchy Oreo crust.
Ingredients

- 1 package Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine.
- Mix crushed cookies with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into a pie pan to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use natural peanut butter for a different flavor.
- Top with chocolate sauce or whipped cream if desired.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
