Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine.
  3. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter.
  4. Press the mixture into a pie pan to form the crust.
  5. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  6. In a bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  7. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  8. Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
  9. Pour the filling into the cooled crust.
  10. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
