Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chopped pecans, graham cracker crumbs, and powdered sugar.
- Add corn syrup, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Form mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Once chilled, serve and enjoy.
