Cheesy and buttery garlic biscuit bombs made with Pillsbury biscuits.
Ingredients

- 1 can Pillsbury biscuits
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Open the can of biscuits and separate them.
- Flatten each biscuit and place cheese in the center.
- Fold the biscuit over the cheese and pinch to seal.
- Dip each bomb in the garlic butter mixture.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with parsley if desired.
