Instructions
- Add white rum, coconut cream, heavy cream, pineapple juice, and crushed ice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry.
- Serve immediately.
