Ingredients

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 cup pink food coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, coconut, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, cream the butter and eggs. Add vanilla.
  5. Combine dry and wet ingredients.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool completely.
  9. In a separate bowl, mix powdered sugar, milk, and food coloring for frosting.
  10. Spread the frosting over the cooled bars.
  11. Cut into squares and serve.
