Description
Delicious pistachio ganache truffles made with creamy chocolate and crushed pistachios.
Ingredients
Scale
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100ml heavy cream
- 50g unsalted butter
- 100g crushed pistachios
- Pistachio powder for coating
Instructions
- Chop the dark chocolate and place it in a bowl.
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it just starts to simmer.
- Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add the butter and stir until smooth.
- Fold in the crushed pistachios.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Coat the truffles in pistachio powder.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
- Use high-quality chocolate for best results.
- Store truffles in an airtight container.
- Allow truffles to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
