Description

Delicious pistachio ganache truffles made with creamy chocolate and crushed pistachios.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 50g unsalted butter
  • 100g crushed pistachios
  • Pistachio powder for coating

Instructions

  1. Chop the dark chocolate and place it in a bowl.
  2. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it just starts to simmer.
  3. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the butter and stir until smooth.
  5. Fold in the crushed pistachios.
  6. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  7. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  8. Coat the truffles in pistachio powder.
  9. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
