Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package of refrigerated pie crusts
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup diced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crusts and cut them into circles.
  3. Place the circles into muffin tins.
  4. Fill each crust with pizza sauce, cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, and mushrooms.
  5. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Cover with another pie crust circle and seal the edges.
  7. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
