  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Layer the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese and Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Dab butter on top of the cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
