- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine almond milk, protein powder, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Whisk until smooth and well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Stir well before serving.

- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
- Top with fruits or nuts before serving.
