Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, heavy cream, and brown sugar.
- Add eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.
- Fold in chopped pecans.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool before serving.
