Delicious energy bites made with raspberries and pistachios.
Ingredients

- 1 cup dried raspberries
- 1 cup pistachios, shelled
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine dried raspberries, pistachios, and oats.
- Add almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Blend until the mixture is sticky and holds together.
- Form into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Substitute almond butter with any nut butter of your choice.
- These can be frozen for longer storage.
