Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, mix mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla.
- Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
- Dip ladyfingers in raspberry puree.
- Layer ladyfingers in a dish, then spread mascarpone mixture on top.
- Add a layer of raspberries.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
