Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the red velvet cake mix, melted butter, and egg.
  3. Add flour and mix until combined.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Grease a mini muffin tin.
  6. Place a small amount of the red velvet mixture in each muffin cup.
  7. Add a dollop of the cream cheese mixture on top.
  8. Cover with more red velvet batter.
  9. Bake for 15-18 minutes.
  10. Let them cool before serving.
