Delicious truffles made with Reese’s Peanut Butter Oreos.
Ingredients

- 1 package Reese’s Peanut Butter Oreos
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs.
- Mix the crumbs with cream cheese until well combined.
- Form mixture into small balls.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate.
- Place on a parchment-lined tray to set.
- Refrigerate until chocolate hardens.
Notes
- Use a fork to dip the truffles for an even coating.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
