Description
A light and refreshing dessert made with Greek yogurt and jello.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 package (3 oz) jello mix (any flavor)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup whipped topping
Instructions
- Dissolve jello mix in boiling water.
- Add cold water and stir well.
- Let the mixture cool for about 10 minutes.
- Fold in Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Gently mix in whipped topping.
- Pour into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Notes
- You can use any flavor of jello.
- For added flavor, consider adding fruit.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance.
