Description

Delicious salted caramel brownie cheesecake bars with a rich flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of unsalted butter
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup of cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 8 oz of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup of caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the butter and mix with sugar in a bowl.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Spread half of the brownie mixture in a greased baking pan.
  6. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and caramel sauce until smooth.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer.
  8. Top with the remaining brownie mixture.
  9. Sprinkle sea salt over the top.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Let cool before slicing.

  • Allow bars to cool completely for best texture.
