Delicious salted caramel brownie cheesecake bars with a rich flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 cup of unsalted butter
- 2 cups of sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 cup of cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 8 oz of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup of sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the butter and mix with sugar in a bowl.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread half of the brownie mixture in a greased baking pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and caramel sauce until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer.
- Top with the remaining brownie mixture.
- Sprinkle sea salt over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes. Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the fridge.
- Allow bars to cool completely for best texture.
- Drizzle extra caramel on top before serving if desired.
