Instructions
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it simmers.
- Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate.
- Stir until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Mix in the caramel sauce and sea salt.
- Let the mixture cool, then refrigerate until firm.
- Once firm, scoop out balls and roll them in cocoa powder.
- Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
