Ingredients

- 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup caramel candies
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add flour, cocoa powder, and salt; mix until combined.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Roll dough into small balls and flatten them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are lightly browned.
- In a saucepan, melt caramel candies with milk over low heat until smooth.
- Add shredded coconut to the caramel mixture and stir well.
- Spread the caramel coconut mixture over the cooled cookies.
- In a microwave, melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the cookies.
