A delicious twist on the classic Sloppy Joe, inspired by the Big Mac.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 cup pickles, diced
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with diced onion.
- Drain excess fat.
- Add ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar to the beef mixture.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Toast the hamburger buns.
- Assemble the sandwiches with beef mixture, pickles, lettuce, and cheese.
- Serve hot.

- Can substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
- Add more spices for extra flavor.
