Ingredients

- 2 pounds of crab legs
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Wood chips for smoking
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the crab legs with the mixture.
- Add wood chips to the smoker.
- Place the crab legs in the smoker.
- Smoke for 30-40 minutes until heated through.
- Remove from smoker and serve immediately.
Notes
- Choose a mild wood like apple or cherry for a subtle flavor.
- Do not overcrowd the smoker.
- Serve with melted butter for dipping.
