Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the cake mix, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Chill the balls in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  4. Melt the white chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
  5. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
  6. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon together, then sprinkle over the truffles.
  7. Let the truffles set for about 30 minutes before serving.
