Delicious Snickerdoodle Truffles coated in cinnamon sugar.
Ingredients

- 1 cup vanilla cake mix
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (for coating)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cake mix, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Melt the white chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
- Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon together, then sprinkle over the truffles.
- Let the truffles set for about 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store truffles in an airtight container in the fridge.
- For extra flavor, add more cinnamon to the coating.
- Use dark chocolate instead of white for a different taste.
