Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups peeled and diced apples
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour for crumble
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk melted butter, eggs, and milk.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in diced apples.
  5. Fill muffin cups with batter.
  6. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, oats, flour, and nutmeg for crumble.
  7. Scoop crumble on top of each muffin.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool before serving.
