- 1 cup blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix rolled oats and milk. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Add flour, sugar, melted butter, egg, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to the oat mixture. Stir until combined.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow muffins to cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- You can substitute fresh blueberries with frozen ones.
- For extra sweetness, add a sprinkle of sugar on top before baking.
