Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix rolled oats and milk. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Add flour, sugar, melted butter, egg, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to the oat mixture. Stir until combined.
  4. Gently fold in blueberries.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow muffins to cool before serving.
