Ingredients

- 200g cake flour
- 150g sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
- 100ml coconut milk
- 100ml pandan juice
- 50g melted butter
Instructions
- Prepare the steamer with boiling water.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, coconut milk, and pandan juice.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then add melted butter.
- Pour batter into a greased cake mold.
- Steam for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
- Use fresh pandan leaves for the best flavor.
- Adjust steaming time based on your steamer.
- Allow the cake to cool before removing from the mold.
