Ingredients

  • 100ml pandan juice
  • 50g melted butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the steamer with boiling water.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, coconut milk, and pandan juice.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then add melted butter.
  5. Pour batter into a greased cake mold.
  6. Steam for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
