- 8 eggroll wrappers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and strawberries.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each eggroll wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper and seal the edges with water.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the eggrolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with extra strawberries on top.
