- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers

- 1 cup white chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup chopped strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add crushed graham crackers, strawberry puree, and vanilla extract. Combine well.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Dip each ball in melted white chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
- Garnish with chopped strawberries.
- Refrigerate until set, about 15 minutes.
