Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk melted butter, milk, egg, and vanilla.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in chopped strawberries gently.
- Grease or line a muffin tin and fill each cup with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
