Delicious strawberry truffles made with fresh strawberries and chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz dark chocolate, melted
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Puree the strawberries in a blender.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, strawberry puree, vanilla, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Chill the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Form small balls from the chilled mixture.
- Dip each ball in melted chocolate.
- Roll in cocoa powder to coat.
- Place on a baking sheet and refrigerate until set.

- Use ripe strawberries for best flavor.
- Store truffles in the refrigerator.
