Delicious strawberry velvet cheesecake truffles that are rich and creamy.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup crushed strawberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 8 ounces dark chocolate
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, crushed strawberries, and vanilla extract.
- Form the mixture into small balls and roll in graham cracker crumbs.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each truffle in melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.
- Let them cool until chocolate hardens.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
