Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour, Kool-Aid powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream the butter and erythritol until smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Let cool before serving.
