- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup almond meal
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, butter, sugar, salt, and almond meal until crumbly.
- Press the mixture into a tart pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, combine cranberries, sliced almonds, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Pour the mixture into the crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh cranberries for the best flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Serve with whipped cream for added sweetness.
